F2 offers expertise in all of the key areas of fleet management, but builds custom projects based on your needs, goals, budget, and locale. Our 3 phased approach starts with us visioning through many possible endpoints, and aligning with you on which directions make the most sense to pursue.
Phase 1 – Visioning
Understanding your context, goals, and thought process is key background information. We start with an open discussion about the project and possibilities, comprehensively considering best practices in fleet management that could be relevant to your goals. This image depicts a few example initiatives but there are many, many more not shown here that could be important to your goals and potential. We would cover those topics with you during the visioning stage.
Phase 2 – Roadmap
In Phase 2, we analyze the information gathered in Phase 1 – Visioning and combine with a comprehensive analysis of relevant terrain to produce a viable and attractive path for implementation. The specifics around developing an action plan will be highly dependent on the project goals but the intention to provide all the critical decision-making criteria as well as a recommendation and plan of action.
Phase 3 – Implementation
Once an action plan is developed and aligned on by the team, the process of implementation can begin. F2 can be involved as needed to ensure that plans go smoothly and any barriers can be overcome. The level of F2’s involvement is dependent on the project. Some clients may prefer a hands-off approach, while others may appreciate a more hands-on approach.
